The Gers Department inaugurates the Teleparc Geomatics Complex
The Chamber of Commerce of the Gers Department and CEEI Gers-Gascogne, with backing from its partners, have created a geomatics technology park on a European scale in France's most rural Department. This site presents actions in progress, with European projects, such as :
- GeoTraceAgri (Geographical Traceability in Agriculture) : a geo-indicator for certification of the geographic origin of agricultural product.
- GTIS CAP (Geo Traceability Integrated System for the Common Agricultural Policy) : use of PAC Graphique as a traceability tool for agricultural crops and the environment of cultivated parcels.
- GRISI (Geomatic Regional Society Initiative) : contributes added value to projects which already have financing and to rural European regions in order to establish a regional geomatic network with the leaders of existing (of future) projects. |
